I've not brought from you before, how is the quality?
All of our products have been crafted with the utmost care and attention with the finest of materials and each product going through 3 rigorous quality inspections. 

What if it’s not quite what I was after?
No problem at all! If we don't have your perfect bag, simply get in touch to organise a return and refund. All returns are free within New Zealand (30-day return policy).

How do I track my order?
We will send you an email with a link to track your order as soon as it's processed. You can also log into your Common People account (if you created one) to check your order status.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Laybuy and PayPal.

When you pay by Laybuy we process and send your order to you straight away. You then continue to make payments over 6 weeks to Laybuy. 
 
What currency is the pricing?
New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

How do I use a promotional code?
You'll see a 'Discount' code box at checkout. Enter the code and click 'Apply' to redeem the offer. Discount codes cannot be used on sale items. Only one code can be used per transaction.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver worldwide - New Zealand and Australia for free. For more information on delivery, click here

What is your return policy?
All items purchased on our website are able to be returned, provided it is returned in the same saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns within New Zealand are free. For more information on Returns, click here

Is there a warranty?
All of our bags have a 12 month warranty covering materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. 

Warranty doesn't extend to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper care or neglect (including scratches, rips, water damage, marks, etc.)

To request a claim on warranty, simply email us with your order details, description and photo of the fault or damage.

Can I cancel my order?
To make sure you receive your order ASAP, we start processing it as soon as we receive it within business hours. If you email us immediately, we may be able to halt shipping and cancel the order however if the item has been shipped, it will need to be returned under our returns policy.
