How do I track my order?
We will send you an email with a link to track your order as soon as it's processed. You can also log into your Common People account (if you created one) and check your order status there

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

You can also choose to pay by Laybuy which means we process and send your order straight away, and you then continue to make payments over 6 weeks (you don't pay any more for doing it this way).

What currency is the pricing?
New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

How do I use a promotional code?
You'll see a 'Discount' code box at checkout. Enter the code and click 'Apply' to redeem the offer. Discount codes cannot be used on sale items. Only one code can be used per transaction.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver worldwide - NZ and AU for free. For more information on Delivery, click here

Can I return my product if it's not for me?
Yes of course - provided it's returned in the same saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Returns within NZ are free, for more information on Returns, click here
